How it works

Documents in.
Working app out.

Clean Studio has one core loop: you describe, the AI drafts, you approve, code is generated, you deploy. Here it is in full — every step, with the exact artifact you see at that moment.

01

Describe.

You open a project and type what you want in plain language. No forms, no templates, no configuration to pick.

Prompt · new projectSending…
"I need a client management app. Each client has a name, contact info, and a status. My team logs time against projects. Clients get a weekly email summary."
drafting documents…
02

The AI drafts documents.

Entities, pages, endpoints, rules, tests — cross-linked so the AI can't lose track of how the pieces fit. You never see raw AI output. You see a proposed document, ready to read.

clean-studio · User entity · Proposed change
A User entity: plain-language description, invariants, typed fields, awaiting approval.

Real draft. Plain-language body, cross-linked technical fields, Approve or Reject at the top-right.

03

You review and approve.

Every change is a diff with a rationale — what changed, and why. Read it, edit it, approve. Nothing runs, nothing deploys, until you sign off.

clean-studio · Text Feed Page · Proposed change — not saved yet
A page spec with a Proposed change banner, the plain-language behaviour body, and Approve or Reject buttons.

"Proposed change — not saved yet." Approve makes it live. Reject sends it back to the AI.

04

Code is generated.

The same document always generates the same code — so nothing changes behind your back. Inspectable, exportable, ready to hand to any developer.

clean-studio · Design review · Create Group Page
Design review: a live wireframe of a Create Group form on the left, with its page spec on the right.

Design review: the wireframe on the left is generated from the spec on the right. Change one, the other follows.

05

Deploy.

One button. Your app is live on a domain. Iterate the next day by describing the next change.

Prompts are ephemeral.
Documents last.

Other AI tools throw away what you said the moment they produce something — so the next change forgets the last one. Clean Studio keeps every document you approved and reads them all before drafting the next. Your app stays coherent at page 10 the way it did at page 2.

What you get

You never think about the stack. You get three things a closed platform can't give you.

Continuity

Your app keeps running even if we don't.

The stack underneath is fully open. There's no vendor to depend on.

Freedom

Move it to your own servers whenever you want.

No permission required. No re-platforming project.

Trust

Any developer can audit exactly what your app does.

No black box. Every line of generated code is inspectable.

What you can build

Anything a small full-stack app can do.

Internal tools with auth, forms, dashboards, role-based access
Customer-facing web apps with payments, email, integrations
Multi-tenant SaaS with accounts and per-account data
Prototypes and MVPs ready to hand to a developer

Not yet: native mobile, real-time systems (games, trading), specialized hardware.
